All our Spiral link Pressure Belts are custom manufactured to suit your individual application. Most other suppliers, cut down from larger non-specific productions, which can often lead to premature mechanical belt failures.

Our custom manufactured belts have the following advantages.

1.
Once the belt has been manufactured to your exact width and length, it is then heat shaped. The heat shaping process eliminates any high or low spots in the material, this extra treatment reduces the risk of scrapper damage, extending the life of the belt.

2.
The final heat shaping of the fabric, also allows the mill to correct any misalignment in the belt. This final measure guarantees that the belt is perfectly rectangular in shape and will run truly on your machine, severely reducing tracking problems and creasing.

3.
During the manufacturing process, U shaped reinforcement wires are placed between the individual links of the belt, in the machine direction. The reinforcing, U shaped wires are then secured in place by our Flexible Epoxy, Abrasion Resistant, Resin. This style of edge treatment, enhances the rigidity and therefore stability of the belt on the machine.
